Jaime has been with the Occupational Safety and Health Division in the Ministry of Manpower (OSHD, MOM) for more than 20 years. She is currently a Director of the Major Hazards Department (MHD) and the OSH Specialist Department (SPECS). She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and a Masters of Science in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology. She is also a Chartered Engineer and Professional Process Safety Engineer with the Institution of Chemical Engineers. In MHD, Jaime oversees the Safety Case regime. She works closely with other regulators, Major Hazard Installations and Safety Case practitioners, towards preventing major accidents and protecting the safety and health of the workforce and the community. In SPECS, she oversees the implementation of Occupational Hygiene, Occupational Medicine and Engineering Safety programmes; with the aim of reducing risks arising from occupational exposures, educating workplaces about preventive medicine and creating sound life-cycle assessments for engineering machinery and equipment.

Nancy has worked with the mining sector since 1987 providing Industrial Hygiene and EHS expertise and support to exploration, operations, processing, and mine remediation nationally and internationally. Nancy Wilk is the current President of IOHA.
